Our Dr. Oz Good Life sleep products work while you sleep to combat bacteria and dust mites in your bed so you can enjoy a cleaner, healthier sleep space. Using antibacterial silver and activated charcoal, the Dr. Oz Good Life bed is the cleanest on the market. Here’s what we know about these exciting new technologies.

SilverScience™ Application

  • Our nano-silver particles kill 650 species of bacteria
  • That equates to 99% of bacteria
  • Silver is effective in small doses
  • It’s safe for humans and pets
  • Still powerful and effective after washing

Activated Charcoal from Bamboo

  • Reduces humidity, which kills dust mites
  • Made from eco-friendly bamboo

A clean sleep space is important especially if you suffer from allergies, asthma, or have a weakened immune system. We recommend Good Life products as well as regularly and thoroughly cleaning your bedroom. Here are a few tips from the Dr. Oz team.

Wash Your Sheets

More than 90 percent of people claim to wash their sheets every other week. But if you have allergies, are sensitive to dust, sweat at night, eat or drink in bed, allow pets on the bed, or fall asleep without showering—you may want to consider washing those linens weekly.

Use a Mattress and Pillow Protector

Every mattress and pillow should be covered with a waterproof protector. This is essential to help keep your pillows and mattress in like-new condition no matter how much popcorn you’ve spilled during your latest Grey’s Anatomy binge in bed.

Wipe Down Surfaces

Grab some antibacterial wipes and get to work. Wipe down all the surfaces in your bedroom starting at the tops of your nightstands and dressers, then working your way down the sides, back, front, and legs. Don’t forget your lamps, alarm clock, and other high-touchpoints.

Vacuum Often

Finally, vacuum often. Make sure you reach under the bed and other furniture pieces. If you have hardwood floors, sweep regularly so those dust bunnies stay tamed. Ideally, vacuuming and sweeping should happen every few days to keep allergens at bay.

When we combine clean sleep technology with practical maintenance, we can sleep easy knowing we have set ourselves up for better sleep and better health.
