Is the silver infusion safe for long-term use?

Yes, studies have shown that both the silver threads and the silver treatment we use throughout our products is safe for humans and pets. It also won’t wash out over time or irritate the skin.

When will my order arrive?

Allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Expect your white glove delivery order to arrive within 10-15 business days. We will contact you near the delivery date to schedule the delivery time for white glove delivery orders. Due to high demand, shipping times may vary.

How do I return a product?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product (120 days for mattresses). Contact customer service with your receipt and order ID number to start the process.
